Is there a switch I can set to have the spotlight collapsed on the very first load of the template (ie on a new browser before any cookies are set).

I’ve look at every piece of code I can find, but still need a fix for this. Any ideas from JA or others?

Yeah, it seems like it would be a simple code fix in index.php but I can’t seem to make it work.

Open file templates/ja_utahia_ii/ja_templatetools.php . In line 6 you will see:

$ja_header_toggle = 1;

Change it to:

$ja_header_toggle = -1;

Remember to clear your cookies before testing it.

Thanks mate – appreciate that, I’d looked everywhere but the -templatetools (thought that was the color, text size etc)

There seems to be a terminology problem here. ie it’s called SPOTLIGHT, the graphic refer to it in a similar way, yet it’s called as a header element in the code? Got me beat!

Perhaps a JA data and reference dictionary would help, along with more comments in the code.
