You can find and change it from css file

Open templates/ja_travel/css/template.css file

Change

#ja-content-mass-top {
padding-top: 15px;
}

To

#ja-content-mass-top {
padding-top: 0px;
}

Don’t forget to clear cache from Admin area after making changes
