you can see that the report of my search result is not correct..why?

@bettyCould you tell me more details of what is the wrong at there? Are you mentioning to number of items or extrafield display?

thank’s for your reply,
my problem is in the report’s formatting. If you look in my image, when I search some car the report is confused.
I thinks that this problem is because the search result is on 2 column. So I search on paramater of my category but I make 1 column for result, but it seems to me that the problem is that is split in two columns.

Another formattin’s problem is in this case

I don’t know how can I change this part.

Hello betty,

Your layout is a bit narrow, so you should configure search result item layout to display one column per row.

You may found these settings in configuration form of JA K2 Filter (in Back-end >> Menu >> Components >> JA K2 Filter >> click on “Options” button to open config form >> these settings are under “Search Result Item Layout” tab)

thanks for your reply..I just edit this option in “1 column” but nothing… I try to edit also category option, but nothing..Why? How I wrong?

Dear,

I just checked and got see the results layout is nice as 1 column http://www.mavacar.it/index.php?option=com_jak2filter&view=itemlist&Itemid=157&catMode=1&xf_4[0]=9 . I guess your site is running with cache function enabled, so it does not immediately apply the changes in settings.

Hi Her0,
I have clear my cache but nothing.
I precise that this problems is in some search and not on all pages.
For example if you try to search some here http://www.mavacar.it/index.php?option=com_jak2filter&view=itemlist&category_id=1&theme=default&catMode=1&Itemid=132
you can see the error..also in this page http://www.mavacar.it/index.php?option=com_jak2filter&view=itemlist&category_id=8&theme=default&catMode=1&Itemid=161

I buy this component to solved my formatting problem..but..is not so..can you help me?

Dear,

Please try opening file components/com_k2/css/k2.css and go to line 388
Find

div.itemContainer {
float: left;
}
then change to

div.itemContainer {
float: left;
width: 100%;
}
