Still new to Joomla but I am getting there.
I am using Teline III and I like the positioning of the article summaries with their thumbnails on top. For the life of me though, I cannot figure out how to mimick this same presentation within all of the other sections.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

September 19, 2010 at 7:34 pm #355985Sure, basically the front page shows wider thumbnails above the summaries (first image). The rest of the section pages show thumbnails beside the summaries (second image).
I would like all sections to show like the front page.

http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=143September 20, 2010 at 4:03 pm #356130Ok, I will give it a try.
September 20, 2010 at 6:17 pm #356158Sorry, that is not what I am looking for exactly. I tried it and it just adds the same content from the front page.
What I want to do is the articles within a section to display like they do on the front page – like what JA News II does, but for the actual articles in the category

September 20, 2010 at 6:32 pm #356161How about going in for quickstart package which would give you replica of demo template 🙂
September 20, 2010 at 11:26 pm #356175Thanks for your help but I don’t think you are understanding what I am seeking.
I am using the quickstart demo. All is working fine. But if you look at the front page of the demo (http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#templates.joomlart.com/ja_teline_iii) , you will see all of the stories under the featured ones with a thumbnail above the headline and the summary and link. Now go to any section. Now the thumbnails are to the left and are smaller. i don’t want that, I want them to show just like thefront page.
JA News II module that you mentioned, controls the front page and how they display – that is perfect, but it does not control the articles within the sections. This is what I am seeking. How do I chnage how the article entries show within ech section.

Taking this probably into consideration, Go to html output of specific article in where you will find such image code:
<img src=”images/stories/demo/entertaiment/e-17.jpg” alt=”Sample image” align=”left” title=”Sample image” class=”caption” />
1) Now, add this below ::
<div class=”clr”></div>2) Then, Add this at end of template.css file::
.clr{clear:both;}September 22, 2010 at 1:59 pm #356382“Go to html output of specific article ” <– can you explain where this is? I want it for all articles, not just one.

September 22, 2010 at 5:38 pm #356397You will find the code when you turn off editor which can be done in global configuratio in admin::
http://docs.joomla.org/images/2/2a/Help16-Global_Config_Site-Beta4.png
You will need to manually enter the above code or add image class which will need to be done in every article where image is assigned
