Hi
I did not tried Joom extension , for its configuration you need to check the extension documentation .
For the recaptcha in Joomla there is default plugin . You can find it in plugin manager and add your the desired key .
Go to Admin site -> Plugin Manager -> CAPTCHA – reCAPTCHA plugin and you need to get Site key and Secret key from https://www.google.com/recaptcha/admin
Enable this plugin and select Captcha by default from global configuration page, see the screenshot
