    Hi ouagadeal!
Go to the cpanel section in templates->profiles and turn all “shows” to hide”
    Thanks!

I did what you told me , but I am still able to see them. Could it be a clear cache problem?

    Hi ouagadeal!
Have you cleared the cache on the site and the browser to be sure?
Are the files writable as well?
    Thanks!

As i’ve tried, this settings panel can be disabled through Ja-news-pro config, show sittings -> No.

    Hi!
Please show me where the cPanel is you are seeing, maybe we are calling cPanel two different things?
    My screenshot is attached.

    Thanks!

    OK, I see now!
    Thanks!!
And you have checked all folders and files are set to proper permissions? If so then…please PM me with a link to the administrative panel, and also a Super Admin User name and Password.
Do NOT post those details here.
    Thanks!

This is the switch tab of the JA News.
In JA Newspro Module, go to Display Settings and there you set the item called “show user setting tool” to hide.
Never mind on the PM info.
Check out our terrific USER GUIDE HERE!
I believe this will fix your problem!
    Thanks!

    You need to do this:

-In your ADMIN go to EXTENSIONS > MODULE MANAGER

-Find “JA News – Default Layout” and “JA News – Pulse Layout” and also should be one called Linear layout maybe.

-Edit the settings in each, it has option “SHOW USER SETTING TOOLS” turn that off.
