Could someone help me to set up images for user1 user2 and user10?

Also I had noticed some cool colors in the right menu. Is this difficult to acheive?

The guide tells you most things you need to know, have a read first, look at the tutorials in a sticky thread in the General section on how to play with Joomla modules etc
