Hello,
I am having some issues when integrating your JAK2 Extra fields Filter and Search on a development site I am working on and was hoping you could assist me in resolving.
I am using a RocketTheme template — Requiem, Gantry 5 — in latest version of Joomla 3.6.4
I have four issues that need to be addressed:
-
I’ve assigned the JAK2 Extra fields Filter and Search module to a module position (feature-a). The front-end is not displaying properly when viewed on a mobile device (see attached screenshot IMG_2050.png).
-
When I assign a Range Slider as option for filtering, it doesn’t display at all on the front-end on either desktop or mobile device (SQ FT LIVING on above attached screenshot). Note: I tested on a Gantry 4 template (Chimera, Joomla 3.5.0), and it does display.
-
I am also using JAK2 at the menu level — JA K2 FILTER » Items list — to display category items. They too do not display properly on a mobile device (see attached screenshot IMG_205.png).
- I am using a third-party module to display header images throughout the site — Aikon Easy Parallax. When assigned to same page as the JAK2 Extra fields Filter and Search module, it does not display properly. It displays properly on every other instance of site, leading to the conclusion that there is some sort of conflict with JAK2.
Can you please assist in resolving these issues?
Thank you in advance, Mike

November 15, 2016 at 10:23 am #986461Hi,
1) The column auto resizes to match the screen. It’s because you had choose horizontal view, you can consider vertical view. If you want it’s auto change to vertical view when on mobile you should custom your css.
2) Working on.
3) It depends on the css style of template. You can custom css to suite your need or consider to use JA Templates.
4) Please send the link to the page where the error can be seen.
Regards
