November 20, 2010 at 10:46 am #1566191) Pyro, as other new template, doesn’t work with recent version of PHP
2) Slideshow module: after install the template I set the module parameter “Caching” to “Don’t chace” and then:
– the text move under the image at the right in slideshow content. I set “Show Description” to “Description only” but I still see this effect for a while anytime I refresh the page or I select a different article of the slideshow
– readmore button doesn’t appear
Can you help me?

November 22, 2010 at 2:13 pm #363739Thank you very much guys!
November 23, 2010 at 5:20 am #363825I am really struggling with the slideshow in Pyro as well. It is basically useless to me. I have been trying for two days to get it to work. I posted a ticket and not heard back yet – I’m on a deadline and wondering if I need to switch templates but fear slideshow does not work in any of them:((.
I deleted the mod_slideshow that came with the quickstart since that is what i used to upload the pyro template. Install mod_slideshow from the regular template files.
I was glad to see this post. Can you me let me know how to get the slideshow to work. I really like this template. Thank you for help in advance.

November 28, 2010 at 11:05 pm #364593Sorry, but for me ‘readmore’ button still doesn’t appear
November 29, 2010 at 2:38 am #364602I reloaded the template around 7 times and was very careful to only manipulate minimal items from the quick start. It seems to be working. I do have a question. how do you edit the text on the slideshow. I edit it in the article but it does not change in the slideshow. I have cleared my cache but still no change.
