Hello and sorry for my bad English, but I really need your help

I have installed JA Telline IV template for joomla 1.7 and sh404sef, but they don’t work together. When I open the site, I see main page which works correct, but other pages on the site have same links. It’s links of main page http://www.site.ru/. And of course it’s not correct.

Can you help me? I was trying to do something very long. I was trying reinstall template and etc…
When I’m trying to install base versions of joomla all works correct

Maybe anybody have knowledge base about it???

I have known sh404sef to be quite “buggy” throughout it’s history – is it an absolute necessity that you use it?

Hi, Tom and thank you for your answer

Yes, this component is very important for me. And I know that this component works correct with base theme of joomla 1.7. And it works correct with a lot of 1.7 joomlart templates , but it doesn’t work with Ja Telline IV 1.7

Well i had some nightmares with this one… but i assure you it’s not the JA Teline IV that causes the trouble! …maybe some 3rd party plugin or something else!

I can give it a try if you provide me with some temp admin and ftp access!

    Hi,

I have replied on your PM

P.S. I even had trouble to enable standard Joomla SEF on this server. I found out that you had Joomla Cache enabled and that one conflicts with JA T3 plugin so i set it to disabled and now Joomla SEF is working.
But as for the sh404sef component i couldn’t help so i suggest that you uninstall and install this one again but clean the db settings also ( you can have this compo to clean the db settings itself before you uninstall it.

Hello, TomC, sorry for my phrase!:(( But when I said pascm that YOU ARE FIRST who really help me I meant all of joomlart support and your forum. It is my opinion about all joomlart. Because I discussed about sh404sef on developers forum. But only here I found really help. I asked sh404sef support look at my site many times, but they asked me a lot of questions and didn’t do anything. Then I asked you about my problem and now you are trying to find problem of their component.

You are really best joomla support and forum. And all of you trying to help me. Thanks all of you:)

    Hi, all!

Thank you for your help, but it is other problem. It’s not joomlart template. Because sh404sef doesn’t work with my language. It’s so strange. I was trying to check sh404sef without ja telline

I installed joomla 1.7 quickstart and Russian language pack for site and admin panel for joomla 1.7. Then I installed sh404sef and turned on it. And if I enable my lanfuage for site all category of my site look like http://www.site.com, but if I disabled Russian all links look like OK.

That is it? I don’t understand why it doesn’t work on my language.

ask sh404sef to work on the “regex” for your language. make sure they have “utf-8” activated.
