Is also shown in the latest versions of browsers and can not find where to disable the control

In addition I have always the problem of excessive memory usage and slow-loading pages not in cache

Hi,

Please disable CSS and JS optimization and see if the problem remains, i would suggest to test some of those settings as not all hosts support gzip in order to compress the cache files so in your case just linking or minify the files might help.
