I have increased the size of logo, but now it overlaps Main menu items like Home and other. How can I shift main menu slightly on left

Have the same issue:

After resizing the logo, the mainnav now overlaps the logo. I’ve already removed the search box, but still the mainnav behaves as if the head-search was there, and overlaps the logo.

I’d like to move the main menu (mainnav) to align it more on the right side – how to do that?
