How to translate mr. and mrs. titles on shop registration form or simply remove these areas?

You can translate these titles via language file: languageen-GBen-GB.com_virtuemart_shoppers.ini

Look for these text fields:

COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_TITLE_MISS="Miss" COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_TITLE_MR="Mr" COM_VIRTUEMART_SHOPPER_TITLE_MRS="Mrs"

If English is not default language in your site, you need to change the same language file in folder of your default language: languagexx-XXxx-XX.com_virtuemart_shoppers.ini
