Is it possible to first show the Contact-form itself, and than followed by the adress etc.?

I am afraid it needs heavy customization as
JA Mitius Template using default joomla contact layout .So we can not edit the core joomla files .

You need to create a layout override for contact component .

or need to edit the core Joomla contact component php files .
You can hire a developer for such customization . Sorry for not being much help in this case 🙁
