    Hello.
The template Janex has JATabs plugin. I went to the plugin JATabs and appears enabled, I created modules in the position ja-tabs, but not displayed on the front page. Any ideas?

    Hello jairodriguez,

Could you please PM me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.

BTW, please include this forum thread URL in your PM, so I can follow it.

    Best regards.

    Hi,

I’m having the same issue and I follow everything in the Ja nex userguide and still couldn’t get it to show in the ja-tabs module position.
However, when I change to “content-mass-bottom” position it does show, but I’m not getting the “tabs” look like in the demo site.
Here is my site url: http://jlamp.district279.org/

    Please help, thanks!

    Hi Emily,

The reason: As you see on our JA Nex demo site, We publish 3 modules (Template Features, About T3 Framework, Quick Guide) at “tabs” position of content-mass-bottom module. But, on your website there is only one module at tabs position.

I suggest you to create more 2 modules at “tabs” position to get the tabs look like our demo.

    Hi Leo,

I must be missing something. I keep referring back to the user guide and I do have 3 “ja side news” modules created, and when I have them in “ja-tabs” position, I can’t see them display on my homepage at all, and when I change them to “content-mass-bottom” position I do see them but they are not in “tabs” format. Please see example from my site: http://jlamp.district279.org/

Is there any other settings I missed?
    Please help, thanks!

    Hi Emily,

You can compare your JA Tabs plugin configurations with my attached snapshot. In addition, can you check out the Custom HTML module at content-mass-bottom position, make sure that its HTML format contains:

    {jatabs type="modules" module="ja-tabs" position="top" mouseType="click" animType="animMoveHor" } {/jatabs}

Would you mind sending me PM with your website’s credentials if the problem still persists? I will check & try to correct it for you.

Leo – I’m little confused about which position I need for this module, I did try both and couldn’t get it to look like demo, wondering if this is something wrong with the “category” selection? I just sent you a PM, please help, thanks!

    Hi Emily,

As I mentioned in previous reply, you need to create a Custom HTML module at content-mass-bottom position with the {jatabs … /jatabs} in the content to display the “ja-tabs” modules. Your tabs modules look like our demo now.
