How do i get a module to appear on the review page, i see the code is loaded through firebug but its not being displayed.

All im trying to do is display a menu along side the review but i cannot get it to show even though its set to all pages and displays everywhere else…

Nope i havent fixed the issue at all, i have changed my mind and chose to do it another way without using the review layout as i am not comfortable with allowing admin access to my site for a css change
