I like the header-wrapper idea.

Maybe You should change that image in footer )http://www.lagrange-ga.org/templates/ja_teline_iii/images/footer.jpg) to png-format so You can make it rounded corners to transparents?

Really nice. Try to make some images more sharper (ex. logo or countdown to the 2010.. banner).

As drarvindc noticed, this may be the best Teline implementation i’ve seen so far!
You obviously invested a lot of time and effort into this, from template customization all the way to SOBI configuration.

Just one thing i would change is the footer image (footer.jpg). Did you try to change it to transparent gif with white mate around the curves? This would make it perfect!

I have to say that I am probably in the minority but I think the website is a little bit too busy – looking at it purely from a residents’ perspective.

I think it would be much better if it were a lot cleaner and simpler.

I hope you won’t mind me saying this – i wouldn’t normally offer an opinion unless its positive, but since im way way outnumbered by those who love this site, I felt that I could safely throw my opinion into the ring without causing any offence or hurt feelings.

Been busy lately cleaning up some of the graphics on the right side adding daily content and actually adding a section for the city television station down here.. ( Departments > LaGrange Television )

I also tweaked the background giving it a fixed position so the site scrolls on top of it ( dropped file size of the background to almost 300kb increasing the load time )…

As usual thoughts?
