Hello to everyone,
I have some problems with the social plugin.
First of all I can’t import more than 25 videos. I have more than 100 on my channel. How can I get them imported?
Second, I haven’t found any way to hide the thumbnail of the video in the item. So it is showing the thumbnail an the video. Anytime I try to change this, it is showing only the thumbnail and the video isnt running anymore.
I tried to search the forum but couldn’t find any propper solution. Even changing template css didnt help.

I don`t use the this component. I am using JA Wall and I have problems with the social plugin.

We can use JA Social Feed Plugin on JA Wall Template get video from youtube site. You can easily see it:

did you really triy to understand my problem?
Do you think that I hadn’t allready a look into the userguide?
Surprise, I had! Bu I still I can’t solve it.
So would mind to give me a little bid more precise answer. Or to ask me more detailled question if you don’t understand my problem?
Pasting this ”Look into the usergide” isn’t really helpfull at all!

Hi mehmet_alp,
1. This due to the difference in limitation number of feeds that you can retrieve in each import from each social network site. With Flickr, 20 is maximum number, you can just change to another number which’s smaller or equal 20, the same with Vimeo, Instagram. However, this number in Twitter, for example, is different, it provides more.
You could give it a go and see the difference.
2. Could you make screenshot of thumbail which you wanna hide?

Hi Saguaros,
meanwhile I ”solved” the problems with allvideos plugin.
But a new problem occurred. I can’t get new items from facebook or twitter, even if I run the cronjob manually. Any help possible?

Hi Alp,
Glad you solved your problem
You can also edit the article to replace the thumbnail but you first need to remove the iframe tag in blacklist of Tiny-MCE editor plugin by going to: Extensions > Plugin manager > TinyMCE plugin, then remove the ‘iframe’ in ‘Prohibited Elements’.
For twitter and facebook problem, PM me admin and FTP account, I shall check this for you.
