I solved the problem directly on your site

Open templates/ja_medicare/tpls/blocks/mainbody/one-sidebar-right.php file

find and change

<div id="t3-content" class="t3-content col-sm-12 col-md-9">

to

<div id="t3-content" class="t3-content col-sm-8 col-md-9">

Jepp now it is how I want it. It is the same solution as I tested on a local site as I described in my post 28. february.
