Hello I put the K2 menu in my JA Wall side bar and it works fine on any computer but it does not work at all on my cell phone or iPad. When I say it doesn’t work I mean that I cannot click on any of the search fields or button to activate it for keypad input or action.

Can anyone help?

Hi Joseph,

We are really sorry for the late response on this thread. Well, we have already checked out your website’s search fields (sidebar) on iPad and my cell phone (HTC8s), found that they still worked finely in both keyboard text inputing and search function.

As you know, JA Wall is a full responsive template so that you, the visitor will need to click a button on the top left to open the sidebar when viewing on 768px and smaller screen. Lets see my attached image below:
