The classes with ja-animate and class delay-xtime.
They are not showing the delay as exampled.

It looks like this class "ja-animate dl-8 fadeIn" also isn’t working.
Can it be a issue with 3.6 of 3.6.2 ??

Kindly check the settings in the ‘Home’ menu item of your site and make sure that you have page class enable-effect under Page Display option: http://prntscr.com/c3s6gl

Also remember to add a space before class name.
