at the top of the teline II homepage, I would like to change the text “sign up” to “sign up (free!)”

how do I go about doing that?

HI
you can edit en-GB.mod_login.ini(languageen-GB)
Search this line:

REGISTER=Sign up
Change to

REGISTER=Sign up(free!)
