    Hello,

In Teline II (a part of the Teline series), Joomla 1.5 version, installing the Joomlaworks Simple Image Gallery PRO (SIGPRO) would create an interactive Plugin editor page, to allow specifications of thumbnail and locations of images used for the SIGPRO.

SIGPRO can be installed in Joomla 1.5 Teline IV, but the interactive features is missing in the SIGPRO plugin editor page (Backend).

Since Joomlart integrated Joomlaworks extensions, they should collaborate or seek the assistance of Joomlaworks to make this work in both versions of Teline IV. Please do not use the excuse, we do not support third party extensions to avoid the issue.

Hello, can you please provide me administrator account and the link to your site via your ticket,
because this plugin is commercial extension, i dont have it here and i would like to take closer look on your site too to figure out the issue.

Before giving me the information, you can access the template configuration, try to disable the Optimize JS function or put all the javascript files name from this extension to it. clear cache and try again

    Thanks

    Hi tienhc,

As part of my investigation of a bug I uncovered in my earlier installations, I downloaded a newer version of the Joomla 1.5 Teline IV last Thursday/Friday am. [My previous installations all had a bug in them, so I deleted them.]

I also used a later download version of the SIGPRO. The latest installation finished Friday morning had functional SIGPRO, as well as the leap frog mechanism to rearrange the contents of the Magazine menu.

However, even with all the precautions taken, this also had the bug (not related to SIGPRO or the Magazine menu), so I would not be using this installation.

I found this weekend that there is another update of the Joomla 1.5 Teline IV. I have not tried this yet to check if this update still has the bug.

I now prefer the preferential installation

because the “security breach bug” did not appear in the sequential installation.
