August 22, 2011 at 10:06 pm #407749Hi Phil,
Actually yes you can manage to “modify” your customized template to work with Joomla 1.7 but there are several thinks you have to do (add/modify) in order to achieve this.
This one should provide you with all the help needed : http://docs.joomla.org/Upgrading_a_Joomla_1.5_template_to_Joomla_1.6But you can also try something else… you can go for JA Edenite (For Joomla 1.7) and make all modifications (i am not sure if this is easy than converting your modified version to 1.6/7) . The point to this change is that you go for T3 Framework that expands your possibilities.

Manos

August 23, 2011 at 2:28 pm #407905Yes, you can’t deploy the quickstart installation on your old site, quickstart is only for new site creation.

If yes which css file can I add them to?
