I just wanted to tell you that according to https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?t=812292 it seems like there is a GoDaddy.com problem of some sort.

I also noticed that Joomla 3.x does not install well on GoDaddy servers. The menus only display the HOME option even for the native sample default template that comes with Joomla. I keep working on this.

The problem was solved and SIMPLI was installed. The problem was solved by changing the PHP version to 5.6 and avoiding GoDaddy Joomla installation tool. If you run into this problem in a GoDaddy server do as follows: (1) In cPanel set PHP version to 5.6 or higher (2) FTP the zipped installation file to the desired directory and unpack it using cPanel File Manager (3) Go to your site using your browser to start the Joomla installation (4) After installation make sure to delete the installation folder (5) You’re done installing your Joomla 3.x site.
