Hi investigacion,

Please try with my guide:

+ in Administrator, go to Extensions -> Module Manager-> Click New button to create new module.
In the next page, you select Custom HTML type. When a next page shows, you can enter as follows:
– title <= the name of module
– position <= select left or right position
– Custom Output <= You insert an image.
