I’ve installed Farsi language pack and changed my collation to utf8_general_ci, but still the font displays as ????. is there any script that I can run which will change the collation and the charset

I think you are removing the existing installation and doing a fresh install again. please let me know once done. So i could check the issue.

Why didn’t you try it with a fresh install. Please leave this existing code and create a new folder upload quick install files make a fresh install by selecting persian as the language.
