I downloaded the JA Charity template but the site does not look like your demo. I read that I should have downloaded the quick start option this option. How do I go back to get it?
Also, I purchased this last week but apparently clicked on wrong template (JA Platon) is there anyway to get my money back for that? I repurchased correct template this morning.

Hi

You should download and install quickstart version of the template , take a look at the documentation for it HERE to install quickstart version you should first remove actual installation and start from scratch on a clean folder and possibly on a clean new database .

Regarding your second question about Ja Platon purchase You can ask for a refund at this page explaining what exactly happened

How do I remove the original installation?

I figured out how to remove it but when I install I get the message in the attachment.
Warning JInstaller: :Install: Can’t find XML setup file.
Error Unable to find install package

You should install quickstart in an empty folder not on your Joomla , quickstart install Joomla plus template
so you cannot install joomla on joomla using joomla extension manager

Please read carefully quickstart documentation
