Hi,

When I make changes in the template backend and refresh the frontend page, the site is not updated to reflect the changes. For example, if I change the background color in Theme Magic, save the changes, and refresh the homepage, nothing happens —- the colors stays the same.

The same thing hold true for other elements. For example, if I change the text in the logo, save the changes, and refresh the homepage, nothing happens —- the default "CV" still appears.

I tried clearing both my Joomla and browser caches. I also ran a sql search on the database for CV to see if I could change it manually, but I couldn’t locate it. I also tried compiling less to css, but that didn’t work either. Finally, I deleted all of the auto generated css, js, dev files, but that also didn’t work.

I’ve worked with other Joomlart templates before and have not experienced this problem.

My website is still under development on localhost.

Any suggestions on how I might solve this problem would be kindly appreciated.

Hi
First, you have to check the Development Mode is ON on your site . because When u make changes in ThemeMagic they are in Less file .
The check the template style for your Menu item and check the Theme is selected for this template style .
If you do not want to Turn On Development mode , you have to compile Less to css form template option to apply the changes in Less file
