Your site is showing Error 500 internal server error.
Have u changed anything in the .htaccess file or site?

If you delete the default menu site may give this error.
To make sure its not template problem I checked the issue with default Joomla template and site still give the same errors.
I suggest you restore the site back up Asap, is it is not clear what you have deleted.

Thank you for your answer.
The backup we restored was before the editing of the menus.

We never have this problem with backup and wondered was it because of JA Builder

This is not JA Builder or template issue, site is showing internal server error with default Joomla template,
I suggest you check your .htaccesss file if you have wrong redirections and check it with hosting provider for internal server errors.
