The Easysocial site is as slow as molasses. I have checked the forum and some comments about disabling some modules hasn’t helped.

your question is related to the site optimisation and I sent you steps for the same.
besides this as u can see in your screenshot, you have to optimise your page size, image compression.
In T3 we have inbuilt css and js compression, if you do not want to use them you can use any 3rd party extension like JCH plugin to compress the css/js.
Also, you can use Joomla cache, Leverage browser cache to improve the score.
