Hy,

I need help with site load time. I’m using JA Purity II with Joomla 1.7. This require over 6 seconds to load with both JS and CSS optimized. I’ve make all combinations possible from Css & Javascript Compress in template details and still don’t get a result. I’ve removed the t3assets files and turned off optimization and still not a think. I really need to have a site load time target under 3 seconds.

I can’t provide a link beacuse i’m on localhost. But i can provide u any kind of information u ask for.

are you using any other components on the site?
Have you optimized all images?

It’s good that you noticed this now, because it will only get worse when you start accessing from a non-local server!

I’m thinking at this may not be my problem.

I’m using only 9 images in my mega menu (16×16 px).
I’ve ripped all my website images from css code (only those images over 10kb).
An only i can get is almost a half of second faster.

Only 2 modules installed, no compontent. Those are not a influence for my site load. No article written, no big changes. Just site colors mostly.

Any ideea ?

Which extension for Joomla 1.7 you guys recommend to reduce site load from here ?

I’m aware about JA T3 framework css and js optimizer.

If i’ll use css sprites will have a signifant effect ?
