I am trying to get my site to function like the demo site and I am having trouble getting the "Event booking" and "Jticket " to work. Are you able to set me up the same way you have the demo sight set up?

You need to follow these documentation to configure your site like demo .
For Jticketing Extension use this doc
For Jevent follow the instruction given in this doc
Like Demo site, quickstart installation service is a Paid service . If you want us to install quickstart package for you it needs to buy addon Installation service package .
