Site name displayed at top of body content:

http://unisport.co.uk/

As you can see it has: Sport and Dance in Guildford Surrey – UniSPORT above the first front page content which is the site name.

How do I get rid of this?

In Administrator, please go to Menus -> mainmenu, click Home link to edit this menu.
After that, you will see Parameters,
select Show Page Title to No,
save changes.
