February 14, 2011 at 2:48 am #160156The title says it all – I set up a test site by installing the JA Community Plus Ja Community Plus 16 quickstart and nothing displays at all – I get a blank page.
I can go to administration and login OK and if I select one of the other templates, the site displays fine – Am I missing something on my server that is needed to make T3 framework fiunction?
Or did I miss something in the setup?
All checks were OK at Joomla install – it’s a mystery to me…
I had the 1.5 version working fine on my previous server but thought I would look at 1.6 before upgrading my production site.

February 14, 2011 at 8:06 pm #376689I’ve disabled the ja-twitter module on your site and it spings back to life. This is because your server does not support the php_cURL extension. If you are not using the ja-twitter module then fine. If you want to use that then you will need to speak to your host to get that enabled.
You also have some permission problems. Please enable the ftp layer in the joomla back end and that should help. Or you could speak to your host to get problematic directories such as the images directory setup so the the script can write to them and create folders inside.
