Hello. I have an issue with the site not loading correctly on the network where the domain (carpetsunl.com) is the same as the web url.
I am including a screenshot of what the site looks like (links only, no pics, etc..)
It seems that the site loads correctly everywhere else. Also, the site is an add-on domain on my hosting account. For example, the url http://www.wellmantechnologies.com/carpetsunl.com loads fine from this location, but the http://www.carpetsunl.com url does not load fine.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Jimmy

October 19, 2012 at 5:27 pm #470574Hi
I have checked and your site is showing correctly at this url http://www.carpetsunl.com
October 19, 2012 at 5:30 pm #470575That is what it’s supposed to look like, it loads like that everywhere except on the carpetsunl.com internal network. At that location it loads in link form only. I can’t figure out why it doesn’t load it correctly at that location.

October 19, 2012 at 5:37 pm #470576Sorry i do not understand what you mean with internal network —
Could you be more specific ?
October 19, 2012 at 5:43 pm #470577Ok. I built the site for Customer X. At Customer X’s location, the internal network (LAN) is carpetsunl.com Windows domain. At this location, when they try to access http://www.carpetsunl.com it comes up links only. The only place this happens is at this location, everywhere else the site loads normally. The only thing I can think of is something is preventing the site from loading because the url (carpetsunl.com) and domain (carpetsunl.com) are the same. Does this make sense?
