November 10, 2007 at 5:01 am #232570I would like to nominate my website about golf in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest called Oregon’s Golf.com. You can find it here: http://www.oregonsgolf.com. It is from the Teline template which is one of JA’s best.

November 12, 2007 at 1:42 am #232660JA Justicia
I used the niftybox mambot for the css boxes and the hack for the memory leak in the ja-slider module.
myblog w/joom comment, artioJoom SEF (patched), Joom SEO, mooFAQ, joomap and a few others
I hand code the content and post with no editor enabled, it makes for cleaner code

Thanks for the info! Did you have any problems with artioJoom SEF or Joom SEO. I have recently been looking at providing search engine friendly URL’s and I like the way yours look. I also like to hand code and one of the best benefits I find is my site always validates to W3C standards…a pet pieve of mind. 😉

November 12, 2007 at 3:56 pm #232697part of the algo for search engine indexing is the quality of the code.
no prob with artio, it works great if you understand the configuration settings in the admin panel, just make sure you get the patched version
the free and paid versions show ads within the code which is a problem for google and your site will be penalized for it
