Hello,
the problem we are seeing is that periodically the site will seem to lose all styling and revert back to a default state.
When this happens the T3 Framework logo is visible and all of our styles are gone.
We can never seem to pinpoint why/when this is going to happen. If it happened whenever we made a certain change then it would be easy to pinpoint, but right now it seems random.
has this happened to anyone else, or can anyone think of a reason this might happen?

Something similar happened when the internet connection was down.

It’s happened when you clear cache, but maybe you have to clear also from Back-end >> System >> Clear cache.
Did you use another cache system ? I think Cache from JAT3 is enough.April 24, 2013 at 12:18 pm #490934As far as I know there is no other cache system but the JAT3 cache, and I think we have that turned off. Usually only a restart of the server can fix the problem.
Right now “Enable Development Mode” is set to “no”, and “Cache Mode” is set to “Disabled”
Does this mean I should instruct users not to use the clean cache button? Would it happen if they do it by accident?

If “Enable Development Mode” is set to “no”, then No cache is saved at all. So problem might cause of the slow connect , CSS file can’t be loaded make your site lost style. Hit refresh on browser again, styles will be loaded back.
