I’ve asked this one before but had no replies!

Does anyone know how to get your site title appearing before the first featured article on the front page? I’ve checked the box under the menu section to “Show on front page” but it doesn’t appear. Does Teline 2 remove this feature? I can hack into the template and add it but would rather do it properly. Is this possible??!

    Thanks

This feature is not possible straight out of the box in teline, since it does not use the standard frontpage of joomla. So the best/easiest would be to create a new module position and assign it to ja-news position and add the text you want and set it to show on frontpage only and at top of ja-news

    Hi John

I actually used an extension for this, it adds the site title in front of every single page on the site! I installed it, activiated it and it was all sorted in less than five minutes … very simple but effective extension.

    Details and free download here:

    Cheers
