If this isn’t the appropriate forum for this message, I apologize in advance. Feel free to move it to the correct forum.

This is my second year as a JA member, and I have customized two templates extensively. The forums have been very helpful to troubleshoot problems I have encountered along the way. I have noticed Joomla is very popular among the international community of developers, where English is not the native language of the authors. The result is often beautifully designed sites, but the text is inaccurately written and edited.

Since I’ve worked as a professional writer in the US for the past 17 years, I decided to start a service at http://www.USAeditors.com to provide quality writing and editing to international designers. I know many of you use the Google Translate plug in, but it does an inadequate job of translating sites seeking US customers. Yes, GT conveys the general idea, but scares away a lot of US customers.

I just wanted to announce that our services are available to assist your Web design projects, when a site needs to be written in English. Plus, I’m completely familiar with Joomla and JA templates, so it would be very easy for me to edit and localize your site(s) for the US market.
    Thanks,
    Brent
