Thank you dear, it put me a few steps further. One more and hopefully the last question: Where to change the hover for child elements in mega menu, still mine has dark grey background and I cant find it out via firebug.

This place I know, but this is the background for the menu items on first level. I need the place for the submenu items, there I have grey background on hover.
