Hi ,from previous post it seems that Joomlart is using K2 component for Blog , but in standard installation which included in several JA template the K2 component articles appear as dn.com/blog/item/title

how to remove this /item from URL ?

Yes, now, you need to create list menu items relating to the list of k2 categories which contain those k2 items.
Because if those articles do not relate to any menu item, theirs links will not have the ItemId parameter, so joomla will generate default links like dn.com/blog/item/title
