Hello, I use the onePage template with the predefined content. I’m trying to change the content of the ‘introducing’ customHTML module. Even without a editor enabled slashes are added to the code. All double quotes have a backslash when looking at the content again.

Is there something else in joomla that adds slashes to the content? The option ‘prepare content’ is also off.

    Hi,

I installed quickstart package of this JA Onepage template, set default editor to none and edit content in Introducing module, but I cannot see any backslash like that. Please tell me how did you install this template, which version of joomla you’re using so that I can reproduce that error.

You can also try to switch default template to another standard joomla template so that we can know that problem comes from your server of our template specific.

    Regards

Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried another template (prototype), but the result is still the same. I’m using joomla 3.0.2 and the quickstart installation of onepage. I can provide a admin login if needed.

I did some more testing with a clean install on my localhost instead of the server and the problem doesn’t occur here. It looks like a server configuration issue, Magic Quotes is on on the server but off on my localhost.

Please contact with your hosting provider to check it and let me know if I can be of further assistance.

    Regards
