slide show doesn’t match size. I follow guide line size 460×320, but doesn’t work at all. it’s still 400×200.
I save new pic to same name and folder.
why does it to complicate manage? I spend over haft day try to fix it.
need help now

Hi Khumsap,

Please use Crop image method in the module setting and make sure that the images source have size larger 460×320.

Hi Khumsap,

The screenshot does not help me. Please clear all cache, make sure that images source have size larger 460×320 . If that issue persist, pm me your site, admin account, ftp info then i will check actually and help you out.

Hi Khumsap,

I checked on your site and article image source, i could see image source dimenssions is 399×200 which small than 460×320 . So that it is can not resize to larger. Please increase article image source.

Hi Khumsap,

Please check again, the slideshow module is displaying Joomla article ( Test One,….) and it has image http://www.poz.org.hk/images/stories/demo/news1.jpg with size 399×200 .

i have done but nothing change. i add image to 4 article. no slide show on module. and article image to bigger than column. so you can see in my website.

i can’t fix this problem for a week ago. pleas give me solution.
something wrong with your template.
