1) the slid show at the homepage has been modified to auto play.
but , it goes very quickly from the first image to the 2nd one, ( i cannot even see the first image)
then it stuck at 2nd image for too long.
how to make the slider playing smoother?

2) is it possible to have the "fade in" effect with the images?

Hi,

You can open the file: root/templates/ja_hotel/acm/slideshow/tmpl/style-1.php

Look for this line:

<div class="style-1 block-slideshow carousel slide vertical <?php echo $fullScreen; ?>" data-ride="carousel" data-wrap="true" data-interval="1000" id="block-slideshow-<?php echo $module->id; ?>">

data-interval= Specifies the delay (in milliseconds) between each slide

data-wrap= Specifies whether the carousel should go through all slides continuously

This is JA ACM module – type of slideshow: /templates/ja_hotel/acm/slideshow

It will require lots of customization on CSS, I suggest you hire a developer to get this done for you.
