    Hey Friends,

Just updated to Joomla2.5 and uploaded the latest Slideshow extension from this Feb, 2012. But I am now not getting any description area. It is all in black.

Using the description field format of:

{{h3 style=”color:white”}} Women who are able to read and write are able to improve the lives of their families{{/h3}}… Innocent Baguma, Project Leader

    But, just blackness 😉

    Anyone have ideas for me?

    Hi

Your slideshow module was configured with the anion skin you need to change the settings for the Community skin

Please read this guide on how need to be configured the ja_slideshow module for this template.

    Long story…

Last year I set up a Community Plus site using the JA Slideshow 2 module. With some css tweaks I was able to get the slideshow exactly how I wanted: http://www.eglobalgrassroots.org/. If I recall correctly I was editing a css file named “mod_jaslideshow2.css” and was able to remove the frame around the default slideshow window, add a new background adjust font size and color.

Fast forward to now. We updated to 2.5 and installed the new Community Plus, however of course all my custom edits were lost. In trying to rebuild what I had previously I’m running into issues. As previously mentioned the black area where the text should be. The suggestion to change to the Community skin forces the frame around the slideshow and I prefer to have the look of the anion skin. I searched “mod_jaslideshow.css”, but that file doesn’t exist.

So my questions is how do I make this slideshow http://www.eglobalgrassroots.org/2012/, look like this slide show http://www.eglobalgrassroots.org/?

Thank in advance for your assistance.

You can find css in this folder modulesmod_jaslideshowassetsthemes in your case i think you need to edit the anion theme and these css

    mod_jaslideshow.css
    style.css

You can use the same css code used for the old site
