hey

As the title says it’s about these modules:

How can I make the Slideshow show the 5 newest articles and make the module under the slideshow also show the newest articles after the first 5 that already is shown in slideshow so they dont get duplicated on the frontpage?

Hi jurridk,

Thought that these are 2 different modules: JA Slideshow and Articles Category module.

In the Slideshow module, its items are images from selected image folder and you can add any links for each item.

While in the Articles Category module, it shows articles from select categories and how it’s ordered will be based on the settings in backend of this own module. It doesn’t relate to JA Slideshow.

allright. But in the backend settings of the JA slideshow module I can Choose if the content should be images or articles.

And i have chosen articles with the following settings witout any luck to get the module to show the latest articles:
