Can it be this one you mean:

.ja-slideshow-mask {
background:url(../images/header-mask.png) no-repeat ;
display:block;
height:250px;
left:0;
position:absolute;
top:0;
width:100%;
z-index:100;
}
If so you find it in the template.css file on line 1023
