Hi Guys,

Love the template, however I am struggling to ge tthe slideshow working, whenever its enabledi get a blank page, I can then disable the module and my site works perfectly again.

I have not used the “quick start” due to my site already being “live” for some years and I wouldnt want to lose some of the modules i already use.

Any suggestions?

ok, can somebody please help me please.

I have renewed my subscription again this year and downloaded this template, I have a major issue with it when trying to use it on my site and have had no help in resolving the matter.

I have sent PM’s to admins on the board as requested and not even got a reply.

can somebody please take responsibility for the issue I have and help me resolve it, either that or please refund my membership i paid recently.

Hmm, have you tried to install this as a clean template on a new testing site ( using the quickinstall )???

I do understand your need for support. I have no idea what you might have of components, modules and so on but please note that Joomlart templates doesn’t support all third party extensions and that this might be the cause of your problems? I am not affiliated with Joomlart, just trying to give an idea of why replies might take some time.

please post your solutions(admins) so we can all benefit…..

so here i am stuck with a broken slideshow module too. and i’ve read several other threads that go the same way:
Q ‘i have a problem’
A ‘give me your admin login by pm’
Q ‘great, thanks for the help!’

can someone actually provide us with the solution to this?

I am testing ja_slideshow now for weeks and can’t detect any problem at all with it under genista.
I am guessing it’s your extra components or modules that conflict.

P.S. I did have a problem,but it has to do with the borders and shifting of pics, but that is solved by JA. That is not your problem.
