I have lift up modules on position 1, position 2, position 3 (.t3-sl-1{margin-top: -350px;}) after this slideshow buttons does not function any more.
What can I do?

It because of the change you made , that cover up the slideshow container and make slideshow part unresponsive .
You can reduce the margin-top so it can work
.t3-sl-1 {
margin-top: -200px;
}

Hi
In this case you need to decrease the value of padding as i suggestion in my previous post . Z-index work on the parent container , you can not apply it only for slideshow buttons . Either you will reduce the value of padding or you can use it as it is now.

There is no code to write
The settings as you have now are overriding correct features, there is no way to obtain what you are asking with your settings , so you need to remove your code “-350px” and restore original settings.
We answered with the correct solution , and we cannot do miracles, if you need special override or custom code, i warmly suggest to hire a developer doing this for you.
